Cathy is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor.  She is the owner of Olive Tree Counseling and co-founder of Winter Park Counseling and Consulting Group.  She is an Alumni of both Florida State University and Nova Southeastern University.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling.  Cathy has 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the classroom and counseling setting.  She has training in anxiety disorders, OCD, CBT, addictions, motivational interviewing, depression, LGBTQ issues, family and couples therapy, parenting, family stabilization, children/adolescents, creative therapy, and laws and ethics.  She is a member of the FMHCA, GAH, and MHCCF.
