It is normal to feel somewhat nervous and unsure about what the counseling experience will be like.  Many individuals become reluctant as their first session nears.  With that in mind, I will do all that I can to help make this experience as comfortable as possible.

On your first visit, we will discuss the reason you are seeking counseling, issues and concerns you have about therapy, and your overall goals for treatment.  Because counseling is unique to each individual,  the therapeutic  relationship  is key.  In my practice, I provide an environment emphasizing mutual trust, honesty and insightful dialogue.
